Instrumental Music

Grade 7 and 8 students are introduced to playing and caring for wind instruments while enrolled at St. Joseph's School. Our focus is playing with fluency and confidence. In addition to note theory and music history, St. Joseph's intermediate students experience musical inquiry through the use of technology like iPad apps and laptop programs. We offer instruction in:

In special circumstances, students who are proficient in keys or strings are afforded opportunities play other instruments.​
